Build the whole invitation first, then upgrade

You can create the invitation, pick a template, fill in everything and preview it without paying. The free trial covers the whole flow.

Upgrade when you are ready to send the link to your real guest list, because that is when the trial's view limit starts to affect guests.

What upgrading unlocks

Until you upgrade, the invitation runs on the free trial, and the trial has two limits: it stays open for 3 days from the moment you tap Publish, and 20 different guests can open it. Whichever of the two is reached first is what locks the card.

Upgrading lifts both. After that there is no countdown and no cap on how many guests open the link, and the invitation stays yours with no expiry date.

It also unlocks the paid-only features, including downloading the invitation as an MP4 video or an image.

Start from the invitation card

Open My Invitations and tap Pay on the card of the invitation you want to upgrade.

Starting from the card is what guarantees the payment attaches to the invitation you meant to unlock.

Tap Pay on the right invitation card.

If you have a discount code

The payment screen has a field for a discount code. If a ChungDoi reseller or partner gave you one, enter it before paying.

The amount shown updates once the code is applied. Check that final figure before you continue.

Enter a code before paying to see the reduced price.

Each invitation is paid for separately

Payment is tied to an invitation, not to your account. Separate cards for the groom's side and the bride's side means two payments.

If you plan to make several, look at the multi-invitation packs before paying for them one at a time.

Multi-invitation packs belong to the account you log in with

A multi-invitation pack, including a reseller pack, works differently from paying for a single card: it loads a number of invitation credits onto an account. Those credits live on the account you sign in to, not on the email address you typed at checkout.

So if you bought with one email and then sign in with another, My Invitations looks as though no pack was ever bought. Sign out and sign back in with the email you used to buy, and the credits appear right away.

If you cannot sign in with that email, or you would rather keep the pack on the account you already use, message us with the transaction code or the buying email and we will link the pack to the right account for you.
