How to change your invitation template
Switch to a different design or colour without losing anything you have typed.

Changing template does not lose your content
This is what couples worry about most, and the answer is that nothing is lost. When you change template, all the invitation data stays: the couple's names, both families, ceremony and reception times, addresses, the photo gallery, your guest list, wishes and gift details.
So try as many as you like. You can switch back and forth as often as you want, and it costs nothing extra.
Open the template list from the editor
Open the invitation you want to change and tap the Change template button at the top of the editor.
If you have several invitations, check the name at the top of the page first, so you are sure you are editing the right one.
Pick a new design from the list
The list shows every template available. Scroll through it and tap the one you want.
Traditional designs suit invitations that name both families in full. Floral and minimal designs suit shorter, more photo-led cards. But the best template is still the one that presents your real wedding details clearly.
If the design looks different from a card you saw before
Each template decides its own decoration: how far the florals, frames and patterns reach, and where the edge of the card cuts them off. Florals that stop neatly inside the card frame are part of that design, not a fault. Reloading the page, clearing the cache or opening the link in another browser will not change them.
If you have seen a card whose florals spill outside the frame, that is a different template, not a different version of yours. Open the template list above and pick the design with the look you want. Everything you have already typed moves across with you.
Changing colour is also a template change
Within one design the colours are part of the original artwork, so there is no free colour picker. Instead, most templates ship in several colour versions. Minimalism, for example, comes in red, dark red, brown and green.
Choosing a different colour version is simply another template change: free, unlimited, and it keeps everything you have entered.
Review each section after switching
Your data is kept, but the presentation differs between designs. Photo cropping, spacing and the placement of decorative artwork can all change.
After switching, go to preview and scroll all the way through. Look out for photos cropping someone's face and for long names breaking awkwardly.
