Yes. Open Tools in the guest panel to paste names in bulk, add one guest, or export an Excel-compatible CSV. The import accepts name, group, seat count, and RSVP status so it stays close to the ChungDoi guest manager format.
Each table has an available seat count. A guest with a plus-one or larger party uses the same number of seats as their party size. You can change one table capacity or apply the selected capacity to all guest tables at once.
Empty seats are neutral. Guests who have not answered are shown as pending, attending guests use the attend color, and rejected or declined guests use the reject color. This makes overbooked or uncertain tables easier to spot.
Yes. You can move tables, add or rename areas such as Stage, Buffet, Tea ceremony area, or Photo booth, and use Entrance aisle or Add walkway for the long door-to-stage path used in many Asian weddings.
This standalone free tool autosaves in your browser local storage. It does not require signup. Export the CSV or print the chart before switching devices or clearing browser data.
